Montpellier - June 13th to 15th
Montpellier has a Mediterranean climate, with mild, damp winters, and hot, rather dry summers. It was very pleasant while we were there. We really enjoyed Montpellier. We saw an exciting soccer match between Brazil and Australia. Brazil took an early 2-0 lead, but Australia came back to win 3-2.
We had our own place in Montpellier (via AirBnB). It was very nice. the bedroom was a loft, sitting above a small living room and kitchen.

We had nice seats for the match - 1st row, 2nd level. It was a really nice stadium. There were a BUNCH of Aussies at the match!

Sam Kerr is the starting forward for Australia and for Chicago. She is a very impressive player. Her parents (and neice) were very fun.
Space Invaders?
We saw tiles like these on buildings in several cities. We finally concluded that they are a form of guerilla street art. Along with the crow on this particular building.
