Paris (again) - June 27th to 29th
We left Reims via train on June 27th, arriving in Paris about 50 minutes later. Our Paris AirBnB was really nice - a large beautiful apartment with a fantastic host, Marie-Pascale.
The big event of this stop in Paris was the quarter-final match between the USA and France. It was a real spectacle with ~46,000 people in attendance. The noise level never dropped much below deafening. The match was very exciting with the US winning 2-1!
We also went to a fantastic museum that we had never heard of before, The Musée des Arts et Métiers an industrial design museum in Paris that was founded in 1794 as a repository for the preservation of scientific instruments and inventions. It was incredible. We were there for 4 hours and would have stayed longer if they hadn't been closing shop for the day!

The audio guide was excellent. We easily could have spent a full day here!
